Reasonably large and quiet rooms, everything was cool.

We were in a spacious apartment near to both shops, beach and restaurants and many other stores and Venice boardwalk. Had a spa bathtub.

The apartment was beautiful and the staff was friendly, we had a great host and the location had excellent views overlooking the garden. It was conveniently located near the Los Angeles International airport, 15 km away.

We loved the stay here, very good experience. Has large bedroom, feather pillows were provided beforehand.

Our family had a very very good stay on vacation at this pretty apartment just next door to beach on foot and on the edge of Santa Monica, and restaurants all within walking distance. Staff was very-very nice and amicable, assisted us with everything. The location was comfortable and nice, about 15 minutes drive to a jointed pier.

Mind-blowing location near the beach, amazing nearby dining options, and convenient access to Whole Foods. Free parking available on quiet road. The apartment was quiet, cozy, and had a well-stocked kitchen. The owner was responsive and provided a thoughtful welcome basket.

It was perfect and magnificent straight to the airport after visiting.

The setting is excellent, the rooms are cosy, and everything was perfect, we greatly enjoyed our time here and the host gave us good tips.

The location of this gem is unbeatable. It is within walking distance to the iconic Venice Beach and a plethora of restaurants. it is conveniently situated near bars and other attractions, making it easy to explore the vibrant area.

One minor setback is the noise level due to the central location. Although it may initially surprise guests, it becomes manageable as you get accustomed to the lively city atmosphere.

Great location, spacious studio, excellent room terrace, friendly host, suggestions for things to do.

Thank you so much Bruno! Our family had the best trip ever at this fantastic place near Venice Beach. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a king-size bed and several sleeping options for our family of five. The fully equipped kitchen was a plus, and we enjoyed the outdoor patio for barbecues. Bruno was a great host, easy to communicate with and even left us a bottle of wine and snacks. Just a short 15-minute walk to the beach and close to a beautiful food market on Lincoln Ave.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

the host was incredibly nice and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. the apartment was very spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a fully-equipped kitchen with great appliances and even a grill in the yard. the outside area was well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere. the location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants, the beach, and a Whole Foods just a short walk away. This place is definitely ideal for larger groups, as it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people in different beds. my experience at Venice Beach Gem was fantastic, and I highly recommend it. Cons: Cannot find any fault. 😊.

Convenient Location and Easy Airport Access

This place was super convenient as it was close to restaurants, the beach, and the Venice boardwalk. It was also easy to get to the west side of the city. Getting to the airport from here was a breeze. 🏖️
